New Art
I've just finished a new piece! Although this one is for the Naruto fandom. Random pic that I saw of the dog/wolf prompted this image, I have no idea why. I think it's a good thing cause I really like this one even though Naruto's face is off :(

Please don't take this the wrong way, but ohmigod I am insanely jealous. LOL. It's so pretty! Kakashi looks dreamy - it's the eye, and the way we can see the contours of his face - and Naruto.. yeah, he does look girly. LOL. I think it's his lips that's inspiring that... he looks like he's wearing lip gloss. Not that I'm complaining. (And either his head is too big or his body's too small.. Or it could be all that hair of his. xD)

And the fox and the dog are beyond description. *stares at them for a while* So prettyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

(Tried to comment directly on it, but it wouldn't let me. Oh well. xP)

heheh don't worry I take the jealousy as a compliment cause I know exactly what you mean by it. It's very flattering really. ^_^

Naruto well, he's head is too big. It's partly the hair and partly because some how he didn't like the body position that I was going for so he's body and head turned slightly making it look different than the reference. With that his body lost some depth that would have made it look a lot bigger (that it extends into the picture) and he wouldn't have looked out of proportion. Not sure if that made sense to you... -_-'

People seems to like the fox and dog, though my dad somehow saw the fox as a wolf... @_@ I really don't know.

comments are wonderful no matter were they are!

I know what you mean - people say it to me and I'm like :D, and then I see something like this and I'm down to the pit of despair and jealousy. LOL.

I understand perfectly. Drawing is more fickle than writing, since there are so many more subtle nuances in every stroke. I mean, a well chosen word can totally set a scene, but there are often lots of words to get across what you want. But with drawing, sometimes all it can take is a tiny little thing to tilt the mood one way or another. ...If that makes sense to you. :P

If anything, the dog is more wolf-like. Haha. xD Your dad must have odd opinions of a wolf's natural size, build, and coloration. :P No offense meant, of course.

	Ah, Mr.pit how well I know thee... that makes sense, a lot of the time just one shadow or highlight decides everything. Well he wasn't sure if the dog was a dog or wolf either so maybe he just didn't think of foxes? meh -Lian (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
